In addition to designing an optimal sale strategy for our clients, we assist them throughout all key stages of the disposal process:

  • Assistance in valuing the Company using standard valuation methodologies;
  • Overall understanding and review of the Company’s key financial and commercial data;
  • Preparation of marketing materials (teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, data room, etc.);
  • Preparation, together with you and your teams, of a list of potential buyers;
  • Sending the Information Memorandum to these potential buyers, following negotiation and execution of a confidentiality agreement;
  • Coordination of the preparation of vendor due diligence reports and/or a data room by the Sellers, their advisors and the Company’s management, and assistance in preparing the Company’s management presentations for potential buyers;
  • Definition of an approach and negotiation strategy with potential buyers and, where applicable, their advisors;
  • Assistance during negotiations with potential buyers and, where applicable, their advisors, in coordination with the legal counsel you will have selected, with a view to completing the Transaction.
